By purchasing a plot of land ranging from 15 to 20 acres at prices ranging from 150,000 to 220,000 PLN, we build three houses with an area of 80 m² within 3 months. The cost of the construction complex is 600,000 PLN, and then we sell them at a price of 8,000 PLN per m² with furniture, resulting in a total income of 1,920,000 PLN (443,600 €). As a contractor, we take on the entire range of work, including sales implementation.
